公開セミナー「メキシコの昆虫食と環境多様性」
INFORMATION
メキシコは、古来数百種におよぶ昆虫が食べられてきた。ローカルな産地のみならず大都市への流通も盛んである。また、世界の中で昆虫食研究も進んできた地域の一つである。多様な文化を背景に繰り広げられる昆虫食文化とその研究史を世界の昆虫食研究に位置づけて講演する
